If you are unwilling to have Sanoc and its related enterprises continue to use your personal information, you can contact Sanoc customer service. Sanoc will stop using your personal information. At the same time, you must understand that when implementing a request to delete personal data, all records including bonus points, rewards, and related benefits will also be deleted, and this will result in the termination of your account and related services.
You must also understand that in some cases, for legal reasons or as permitted by law, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and execute agreements between you and Sanoc, Sanoc may be unable to delete and will continue to retain your personal information.
